Several pieces are tagged for memorial use. They are decorative keepsake figures, not urns, and we do not describe them as holding ashes. A small selection sits well beside urns and caskets for families who want something to keep on a shelf.

Some bases can be laser-engraved with a pet's name or a date. On trade orders, engraving is offered for the engravable pieces only, so you can offer a personal touch without handling the engraving yourself.

Can I offer figures in a particular breed?
Many breeds and colours are available, and new designs are added over time. If a breed is missing, mention it in your enquiry. A custom design can be made from a customer's photograph, with a sample first and production after approval.
How should staff offer memorial pieces?
Quietly. A small display or a leaflet is usually better than a sales conversation, and staff should mention the keepsakes only when it feels right. Use plain, kind wording, say clearly that they are decorative figures and not urns, and avoid urgent offers.
