About this piece
A hand-carved folk art dachshund in the classic black-and-tan colouring, with an expression of cheerful stubbornness that dachshund owners will know well.
It suits a shelf or a desk and makes a thoughtful gift for a dachshund owner, whether for a birthday, a housewarming or a Mother's Day present. The source listing also offers it as a pet memorial for a beloved dog. It is hand-carved and hand-painted, a decorative item, not a toy. It is a keepsake figure, not an urn, and we do not describe it as holding ashes. Check the size above and the photographs to see how it will look on your shelf, desk or windowsill.
