We confirm the design with you and send a quote. Minimums and pricing are agreed privately, based on the design and quantity.
Sampling, around 15 days
We make a sample for approval. Samples take about 15 days and carry a sample fee, which we agree with you in advance.
Approve the sample
You check the sample and tell us what to adjust. Production only starts once you are happy with it.
Production, around 30 days
Bulk production takes about 30 days, counted from your sample approval.
Delivery
We confirm delivery arrangements and timing with you when your order is ready.

Can I order a single custom piece as a gift?

Can you make a figure from my photograph?
