Why are there no prices on this website?
All retail sales go through our Etsy shop, so prices there are always current and you get Etsy's secure checkout and Purchase Protection. Trade prices are shared privately with approved retailers.
How do I buy a piece?
Click “Buy on Etsy” on any product page, or visit our Etsy shop. You can check out as a guest or with your Etsy account.
How does personalisation work?
On personalisable pieces, enter your text in the personalisation box (or “Note to seller”) when you order on Etsy. We engrave it on the wooden base before posting.
I run a shop. Can I stock your pieces?
Yes. The minimum first order is £150, delivery is free within the UK on orders over £300, and in-stock orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 3 days. Mixed designs are welcome. Send us a trade enquiry and we'll reply with our trade price list.
Do you offer engraving on trade orders?
Yes, on selected pieces with a wooden base. This suits pet businesses, memorial ranges, events and corporate gifts. Let us know in your enquiry.
Where do orders ship from?
From our UK warehouse. Etsy shows delivery estimates for your address at checkout.
Are these toys?
No. Our pieces are decorative items, not toys. Some contain small parts and are not suitable for young children.
How should I care for my wooden figurine?
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it away from water, damp and long periods of strong sunlight so the paint and wood stay at their best.
