About this piece
A smiling calico cat in a faceted Japanese wood carving style, carved from solid wood and finished with eco-friendly paint. It is about 5.5 cm tall.
It can be personalised, and the listing also offers it as a personalised pet memorial gift. It is a decorative item, not a toy. It is a keepsake figure, not an urn, and we do not describe it as holding ashes. It makes an easy gift to wrap and post, and the photographs show the colours and carving more clearly than any description can. Dust it gently from time to time, and avoid damp cloths and spray cleaners. Each piece is made by hand, so small differences in grain and detail from the photographs are natural.
