Trade terms
Our standard trade terms are a minimum first order of £150, free UK delivery over £300 and in-stock orders dispatched from our UK warehouse within 3 days. Trade prices are not published and are sent privately after a trade enquiry. If you would like a design made just for your shop, such as a breed figure from a photograph or an engraved base, see our custom page. For custom designs, sampling takes about 15 days and carries a sample fee, and production takes about 30 days from sample approval. Minimums and pricing are agreed privately.

What can a museum or attraction shop stock?
Ocean animals for aquariums, wild animals for wildlife sites and miniatures for collections are natural fits, with charms for the till. A first order might include two large pieces for display and several small ones for impulse buys, and we can suggest a mix when you enquire.
What are your trade terms?

Can you make an exclusive design for our site?
Yes, as a custom order. We agree the design with you from a photograph or reference image, make a sample, which takes about 15 days and carries a sample fee, and start production, about 30 days, once you approve it. Minimums and pricing are agreed privately.
How big are the largest pieces?
The Whale Shark and the Great White Shark are each 27 cm long, and the Painted Orca and Humpback Whale are also 27 cm long. They suit shelf centrepieces. Each product page lists the full size, so you can check the shelf space you have before you order.
Are the figures suitable for a shop where children visit?
They are decorative items, not toys. Label them with a short shelf card that says so, and display them with giftware, out of reach of very young children. We do not claim toy safety approvals for them, and we are happy to share the wording we use for labelling.
