About this piece
A pair of hand-painted wooden giraffes, a mother and her calf, standing close together. The calf is smaller than the mother, and several sizes are offered in the listing.
It makes a gift for a mother, a new parent or anyone who loves African wildlife, and it suits a shelf or a nursery display. It is a decorative item, not a toy. Each piece is made by hand, so small differences in grain and detail from the photographs are natural. Check the size above and the photographs to see how it will look on your shelf, desk or windowsill. Keep it away from damp, radiators and long periods of strong direct sunlight, and dust it gently with a soft dry brush.
