Can I order personalized pet memorial pieces?
Yes, on the pieces marked as personalized. Some bases can be laser-engraved with a name, a date or a short message. Mention it in your inquiry, tell us which animals you are interested in, and we confirm what is available and how it works for your order.
Can you make a custom design for my store?
Yes. We agree the design with you, make a sample that takes about 15 days and carries a sample fee, then production takes about 30 days from sample approval. Minimums and pricing are agreed privately, and large and custom orders can be shipped directly to the US.
