Small gifts that sell at the till
Animal figures are quick to understand and easy to gift, and many of our pieces are small enough to sit beside the till. A cat, a dog or a bird with a clear personality gives an impulse buyer a reason to add one more item.
Animals your customers already love
Most shoppers know a cat owner, a dog walker or a bird lover. A wooden animal that matches a breed or coat colour turns a general ornament into a gift for a particular person, which is the kind of purchase a gift shop is built on.
Personalised pieces without making them yourself
Some bases can be laser-engraved with a name, a date or a short message. On trade orders, engraving is offered for the engravable pieces only, so you can offer a personalised line without engraving in the shop.

Trade prices are not published and are sent privately after a trade enquiry. What are your wholesale terms for gift shops?

What should a gift shop order first?
Start small and mixed: a few cats and dogs for the till, a couple of birds or woodland animals for character and one or two engravable pieces. Reorder what sells. We can suggest a starting range when you enquire, based on your shop and customers.
Can I offer personalised wooden animals?
Yes, on the engravable pieces. Some bases can be laser-engraved with a name, a date or a short message, and trade orders can include engraving for those pieces only. Mention it in your enquiry and we will confirm what is available.
How should I label the figures in my shop?
They are decorative items, not toys. Use a short shelf card that says so, and display them with giftware, not in the children's section. Our guide on whether wooden animal figurines are toys suggests wording you can use, and we are happy to share the wording we use ourselves.
Can you make an exclusive design for my shop?
Yes, as a custom order. We agree the design with you, make a sample that takes about 15 days and carries a sample fee, then production takes about 30 days from sample approval. Minimums and pricing are agreed privately, based on the design and quantity, so tell us roughly how many pieces you have in mind.
