For orders to Canada, the minimum order, delivery cost and any import taxes or duties are quoted on request, because they depend on your location. Can you make personalized pet memorial pieces?
Some pieces can. Bases marked as personalized can be laser-engraved with a name, a date or a short message. Mention it in your inquiry and we confirm which pieces are available. The memorial pieces are decorative keepsake figures, not urns.
Can you make a custom design for my shop?
Yes. We agree the design with you, make a sample that takes about 15 days and carries a sample fee, then production takes about 30 days from sample approval. Minimums and pricing are agreed privately, and large and custom orders can be shipped directly to Canada.
