About this piece
A tiny aubergine carved and painted by hand from solid wood, with a whimsical character. It measures 4.2 × 3.3 × 3 cm, so it is a very small desk pet.
It suits a desk, a kitchen shelf or a windowsill beside real plants, and it makes a light-hearted small gift for someone who loves cooking or growing vegetables. It is a decorative item, not a toy. Check the size above and the photographs to see how it will look on your shelf, desk or windowsill. Keep it away from damp, radiators and long periods of strong direct sunlight, and dust it gently with a soft dry brush.
