About this piece
A tiny faceted fox carved from basswood, with a clever, sly expression. It measures 4.5 × 3.5 × 3 cm, about 1.8 inches tall, and it suits the smallest of spaces.
It is a woodland animal for a desk, a shelf or a windowsill, and it makes a small gift or stocking filler for a fox lover. It is hand-carved and hand-painted, a decorative item, not a toy. Keep it away from damp, radiators and long periods of strong direct sunlight, and dust it gently with a soft dry brush. Hold it by the base when you move it, and display it where it will not be knocked.
