About this piece
A calm capybara on a base that can be engraved. The relaxed pose matches the animal's reputation, and the rounded shape is friendly on a desk or shelf.
It is a trending animal with wide appeal, and a good gift for anyone who loves capybaras or enjoys the calm they seem to bring. The base can be engraved with a name or a date, so it can be a birthday, graduation or leaving present. It is hand-carved and hand-painted, a decorative item, not a toy. Its rounded shape is stable on a desk or shelf, and it makes an unusual alternative to the more usual cat or dog gift.
