About this piece
A fancy rat carved by hand from solid wood in a rounded form and hand-painted in fancy rat colouring. It is freestanding with a flat bottom and no base.
It is a gift for a rat lover, and the listing also offers it as a pet memorial for a fancy rat or hamster. It is a decorative item, not a toy. It is a keepsake figure, not an urn, and we do not describe it as holding ashes. Check the size above and the photographs to see how it will look on your shelf, desk or windowsill. Keep it away from damp, radiators and long periods of strong direct sunlight, and dust it gently with a soft dry brush.
