About this piece
A sheep carved from basswood and painted by hand in a Scandinavian folk art style. It measures 9.3 × 3.1 × 7.3 cm and works as a tiny desk companion.
It suits an Easter table, a shelf or a farmhouse display, and it is a gift for someone who loves sheep. It is a decorative item, not a toy. Hold it by the base when you move it, and display it where it will not be knocked. It makes an easy gift to wrap and post, and the photographs show the colours and carving more clearly than any description can. Dust it gently from time to time, and avoid damp cloths and spray cleaners.
